Yes, no power going to motor via switch but motor still runs. I have been doing some digging and found that there is an internal switch in the motor that allows the motor to continue running until the blades go to the park position (like when you turn off your wipers and they are still moving they finish their stroke and park on the cowl). I think this internal switch is bad and allowing power all the time. Toyota calls it a park switch, but its the same thing for us
